Apollo Bramwell’s commitment towards employee Safety & Education

(Moka, Mauritius) - Apollo Bramwell Hospital in line with good work practices and employee education will be conducting a Health & Safety awareness drive. The hospital is organising a full week of educative programs and talks from experts to promote health & safety at work. The week will be celebrated from 22nd June till 26th June 2015.

The agenda of the week will be focused to cover all the important aspects related at work in a hospital environment. Creative forms of training and education will be used to optimize learning from the various bouquet of awareness presentations specially designed for the health care workers.

The Health & Safety week will be launched by a representative from the Ministry of Labour. Various interactive sessions will also be conducted throughout the week to provide updated information on health & safety regulations.

Each day has been dedicated to special learning on various topics by eminent speakers in the Island.

A health & safety poster design competition has also been organized and all staff members are eligible to participate. This is a unique opportunity for them to show their creative talents. The posters will be judged by a panel of judges (specializing in their field) and appointed by the hospital.

The closing ceremony of the week will be held on 26th June 2015 as from 14.30 hrs. Special entertainment program has been organised to motivate the employees to participate in large numbers and make it a very successful venture.
